MHMMMMMM :D

Wow... I cried on the radio... how embarassing lol. Anyways This thing has been an emotional rollercoaster for me, but I have stuck through it. Hey and guess what right now im 5 inches smaller and 2.75 lbs lighter!!! It is amazing and I pushed and gritted my way through the pain & now by the grace of God I've been given another week and I've got to push and grit my way and work my big ole booty off!!! I thank all of my teammates for pushing me harder all the time!! Hey oh and I gotta tell ya'll I went to the 9th floor of stairs two days in a row what a feat!!! I have never ever been so proud of myself in my entire life. And I am enjoying every minute of being in this competition. Oh yea i found a video that describe our philosophy on workin out !!! ...
