This morning was Intense. We really pushed it to the limit today I mean if there ever was anybody who thinks what we do isnt for real they should have seen what we did this morning!!! I was in tears by the time we were finished. So I've felt pretty yucky all day today but I hope I get to feeling better by the next work out! Well anyways I'm gonna go eat my dinner !!!

Can I just say THANK YOU KARSON!!!!!!!! I had a blast at the Womens show it was just a wonderful day for me to get away!!! Right now I'm fixing to go out to shelby farms for a couple hours and get in my cardio for the day! I'm so excited this has turned out to be a great weekend! I got the rest I needed , the time needed to spent with my special people overall it was just great!! Well I'll check in when I get back I hope I dont beat my boyfriend at frisbee golf too bad ;) lol later!!!!!!!!

A Blustery Day

Snow!!!!!!!! I love snow... But i didnt get off work Friday til later in the day which sucked. I went home though and got in my cardio for the day and felt so much better!!! What a difference a workout makes. I am really happy about myself now cuz even I can see the difference in how I look my face is getting smaller My belly is shrinking!!!!!! Who knew something like this would ever happen to me but it has! And in the words of FAT B****** from Austin Powers I'm gonna be DEAD SEXAYYYYYY... by the time April rolls around!
well Im gonna go play in the snow!

A crazy Day

So far today has been really crazy. Woke up around 3:50 this morning , got dressed drank some water and headed on to the gym. We started doing cardio and doing weights which is my favorite thing to do. But... little did I know we would be stepping it up a notch but its all good ! I'm gettin to be a little smaller because of it. Well anyways after that I come home and pick up my bf to take him to work. Well I could tell he didnt look like he felt very well. So we get to his job and he looks so sick we leave and I take him to Church H. Center... I went to three different places trying to get him help and finally got some at St. Francais. And They've been great!!!! We still dont know whats going on with him but I pray ya'll keep him and me in your prayers!! anyways I'll check in later!!

Wow... I cried on the radio... how embarassing lol. Anyways This thing has been an emotional rollercoaster for me, but I have stuck through it. Hey and guess what right now im 5 inches smaller and 2.75 lbs lighter!!! It is amazing and I pushed and gritted my way through the pain & now by the grace of God I've been given another week and I've got to push and grit my way and work my big ole booty off!!! I thank all of my teammates for pushing me harder all the time!! Hey oh and I gotta tell ya'll I went to the 9th floor of stairs two days in a row what a feat!!! I have never ever been so proud of myself in my entire life. And I am enjoying every minute of being in this competition. Oh yea i found a video that describe our philosophy on workin out !!! ... (kinda)

Whats UP with That???

Yeah I know I havent written a blog in like two days.. You are probably like What's UP with that??? Well I'm gonna tell ya. Probably starting Wednesday morning and through thursday night I was in so much pain I could barely walk. I was miserable every little thing was like being in hell. But I pushed through it , however I was to lazy to write blogs... So i apologize. Anyways Antionne and Matt and my girls helped and pushed me through this week and now my legs feel like new and are definitely starting to LOOK like a new pair of legs. YEE HAW!!! I'm so excited I can feel the difference and I am starting to see the difference as well. And the amazing thing is we have only been doing this since Monday. I really am glad to be on the team that I am on I dont think I could have been put with better people . The girls just Rock Oh and So do our lovely trainers !!!!!!!! So now I'm just lookin forward to going back on Monday and workin our tails off for Wednesdays weigh ins.
Well anyways I'm going to Nashville tomorrow so I'll try to get a blog in but if not I'll double up on Monday!!!

Too Close For Comfort

So today were the weigh ins. I was really pumped and excited I was so sure that I had lost a lot of weight ... but I was wrong.. I was so dissapointed when Matt weighed me and I hadnt lost anything. It was crazy because I have worked and pushed myself so hard, so of course I cried. But I have the best teammates ever and they made me realize it is ok and that even though I didnt lose the weight I did a great job! I thank them so much and I promise to everyone that next wednesday I will not be in the bottom two again I want to push myself to a level that I have never been before! So thank ya'll for the pass this week and I'm not going to let myself down or anyone else .. The FOOD FIGHTERS ARE IN IT TO WIN IT and WE REST WHEN WE DIE !!!!!HOOOAHHHHH

Did I mention yesterday that I HATE STAIRS !!! Ive got itty bitty midget lookin legs and the stairs and them are not friends. I look like a smurf climbing Mount Everest. Go ahead take a second to picture it .... you know you want to... But other than that I am sad that someone is going to go home tomorrow. I know how bad everyone wants to be in this competition! But hey somebody has to go : ( . I really really am looking forward to doin my cardio and weight training tomorrow with Antoinne and Matt Timberlake ( lol) ... Its going to be a crazy crazy day but Im lookin forward to it and Im gonna work my butt off for another week! So Im gonna go waddle on to bed now ..

Feelin the Pain

AHHHHHHHH so it is 9:00 and boy howdy am i feelin the burn lol... haha its a good burn though!!!! wow i know im slackin in writin these bloggy thingys but I'm gettin better ;) .. So I'm kind of excited about workin out in the mornin I only dread running up those stairs cuz they were the hardest thing for me!!! But I will push my self as hard and as long as I can, because come April I will be that healthy person that I know is hidin on the inside :) yay!!!!!!

Craziest Day EVER!!!!!!!!

Ok so this mornin I wake up at 3:50 haha... Then go to the gym around 4:50 and workout starts at five. I dont think I was prepared for how intense it was going to be!! I mean I've gone through some pretty tough work outs playing volleyball, but this one has topped the list! I mean come on they got me to puke twice :) lol....I really love our trainers they are great! They're tough on us now and we might not like it but In a month or so we are gonna love them for every single bit of pain we are going through right now! So now I guess Im gonna go chow down on my ever so delicious diet plan that Antoinne & Matt so graciously gave us!!
